How long will it be before I have my pet’s ashes returned?
Your pet’s ashes are returned within 5 business days from the time your pet is collected.
What happens if my pet is ‘put to sleep’ at the vet’s?
We have arrangements in place with many local veterinary practices. You can also request our services from practices we do not already have contact with. Your vet will then arrange with us to collect your pet and carry out your wishes as instructed.
I would like to keep the ashes following my pet’s cremation, what are my options?
We provide a variety of options for all cremations. We can return your pet’s ashes in a beautiful hand selected timber urn, with complimentary engraved name plate. When organising cremation simply select this option on our booking form, advise your vet or speak with us.
What if I want to scatter the ashes?
We can return your pet’s ashes in a purpose designed container, ready for scattering. We can also scatter the ashes on your behalf. When organising cremation simply select the option you desire on our information brochure.

How is cremation completed?
A pet’s body is placed in the cremation chamber where, through heat and evaporation, the body is reduced to its basic elements and referred to as cremated remains or “ashes”.
